Now offered for the new school term are Kids MMA classes for ages 5 to 15 years. These classes are designed specifically to train kids in the combat sports, while giving them the discipline of traditional martial arts.
Van will be head coach for all the classes with assistance from Hamish. Classes are $15 a week if purchased for all weeks of the school term. Alternatively, parents can pay $20 per week cash. Kids can also enhance their understanding of MMA with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes for just an additional $5/week.
Available classes are as follows:
- Tuesdays and Thursdays 4:30 to 5:30 pm: Kids MMA
- Monday and Wednesdays 4:30 to 5:45 pm: Super Awesome Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
