Fundamentals Schedule

New adult male members can join the course at any week. This schedule identifies the week within the 12-week program for MMA FUNDAMENTALS. Please check with the FUNDAMENTALS syllabus at the gym to see what techniques are being covered during a specific week. Please check the Schedule of Classes for the exact session times. This course repeats every 12 weeks so that you have the opportunity to learn everything in the course.
