We teach group classes six days a week. Private training is also available at your convenience. The complete schedule of group classes is as follows.

MONDAYS

  • 4:30 – 5:45 pm Super Awesome BJJ (Adults and Kids)
  • 6:00 – 7:00 pm Women’s MMA Boxing Fitness
  • 6:00 – 7:00 pm Men’s General MMA
  • 7:00 – 8:00 pm Women’s Fight Training
  • 7:00 – 8:00 pm Men’s Fight Training
  • 8:00 – 9:00 pm Beginner’s Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

TUESDAYS

  • 12:00 – 1:00 pm MMA Conditioning (Casual attendance welcomed $10)
  • 4:30 – 5:30 pm Kids Advanced MMA
  • 6:00 – 7:00 pm Men’s MMA Fundamentals. Weekly agenda.
  • 6:00 – 7:00 pm Women’s MMA/Kickboxing Fitness
  • 7:00 – 8:00 pm Women’s MMA Fitness
  • 7:00 – 8:30 pm MMA Intermediate

WEDNESDAYS
