Ilona won by unanimous and Cynthia lost close fight by split decision in debut kickboxing bouts. Kyash wins in B-class MMA at Shuriken’s Grass Roots. Ev to fight on Legends 27th April in Malaysia. Matt to fight A-class MMA on 4th May. New Kids and Teens term 7th May to 11th July.

Men’s MMA Training

Men's MMA is available in multiple levels of training. Beginners learn the techniques of punching, kicking, and grappling while maintaining a high level of fitness. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

The Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes teach techniques in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Students learn positioning, sweeps, and submissions. The main focus of this syllabus is on technique and basic movements.
